Immerse yourself in a peaceful flow of gentle yoga suitable for all ages and skill levels. Let the surroundings of Whiskey Creek be your backdrop as you stretch, breathe, and find balance under the summer morning skies. Please bring a yoga mat or towel to practice on. We will practice either in the grassy area or on the sandy beach. If weather is an issue, we will move to the pavilion.
