Flow

A yoga class for everyone. This class will focus on breath and body alignment, usage of props, and turning inward to support your mind and soul. Each class will be different based on students' daily desires to help improve flexibility, balance, lower stress, and find peace.

Vinyasa Flow

This style coordinates movement with breath, flowing from one pose to the next to build strength, increase flexibility, find focus, and have fun. This class is like a moving meditation and can challenge the mind, body, and spirit. Vinyasa Flow will accommodate a variety of experience levels and each class offers a different flavor for students to grow their practice.

Yoga Fusion

This fitness style class brings a variety of strength building exercises incorporating Pilates, Barre, and Yoga to create a strong and sweaty workout.  We use a variety of equipment and formats in this fun and energizing class! Indoor tennis shoes may be recommended based on your body.

Gentle Strength

This class provides a gentle paced workout to increase muscle strength, endurance, range of motion, and improve your balance. We alternate between upper and lower body strength exercises and low-impact cardio incorporating Pilates, Barre, and Yoga formats for a full body workout. Resistance bands, Pilates balls, light weights, straps, and chairs will be used in this class. Indoor tennis shoes may be recommended based on your comfort.

Yin Yoga

This style is meditative and relaxing with a focus on lengthening the connective tissue – the tendons, fascia, and ligaments – to improve flexibility and increase circulation in the joints. Expect to hold poses for longer than usual (three to five minutes) with using the support of props (blankets, blocks, bolsters). Guided meditation may be incorporated during the final pose, savasana.

Christ-Centered Yin & Meditation

This class provides space and time for students to simply be still and intentionally connect to Christ - mind, body, spirit, and soul. The topics and teachings are centered on the Bible to allow students to meditate on God's word and worship through movement.

Open Studio

Throughout the week you will find these classes on the schedule and they are entirely FREE to anyone! This time is for finding stillness in your day through personal meditation or yoga practice, stretching, journaling, etc. There is no scheduled instruction although on occasion we may provide a guided meditation for individuals.
