Gentle Yoga

A class that suits all levels. This class is great for everyone as we focus on aligning breath and movements to allow an inward focus to support your mind and soul. This practice is designed to restore the body while lowering stress, finding peace, and improving flexibility and balance.

Yin Yoga

This class is focused on relaxing while holding postures for longer time to work deeper in the body by lengthening the connective tissue – the tendons, fascia, and ligaments – to improve flexibility and increase circulation in the joints. Poses will be held for three to five minutes with using the support of props (blankets, blocks, bolsters). A great compliment practice to help muscle recovery, injury prevention, and allowing the body and mind to slow down. If you have props, please bring them as limited props are provided at pop-up classes.

Yin Yoga

YogaFaith Yin

This class provides space and time for students to simply be still and intentionally connect to Christ - mind, body, spirit, and soul. The topics and teachings are centered on the Bible to allow students to meditate on God's word and worship through movement.
