Fusion Fitness

Flow & Yin

This 75 minute class incorporates flow yoga focusing on breath and alignment while ending with longer yin yoga poses. Yin yoga incorporates props to allow us to hold poses for longer (3-5 minutes) to move deeper into connective tissues and allow the mind to unwind and relax.

Fusion Fitness

This fitness style class brings a variety of strength building exercises incorporating Pilates, Barre, and Yoga to create a strong and sweaty workout.  We use a variety of equipment and formats in this fun and energizing class! Indoor tennis shoes may be recommended based on your body.

Yin Yoga

Gentle Strength

This class provides a gentle paced workout to increase muscle strength, endurance, range of motion, and improve your balance. We alternate between upper and lower body strength exercises and low-impact cardio incorporating Pilates, Barre, and Yoga formats for a full body workout. Resistance bands, Pilates balls, light weights, straps, and chairs will be used in this class. Indoor tennis shoes may be recommended based on your comfort.

Gentle Strength

Yin Yoga

This style is meditative and relaxing with a focus on lengthening the connective tissue – the tendons, fascia, and ligaments – to improve flexibility and increase circulation in the joints. Expect to hold poses for longer than usual (three to five minutes) with using the support of props (blankets, blocks, bolsters). Guided meditation may be incorporated during the final pose, savasana.

Christ Centered Yin & Meditation

Christ-Centered Yin & Meditation

This class provides space and time for students to simply be still and intentionally connect to Christ - mind, body, spirit, and soul. The topics and teachings are centered on the Bible to allow students to meditate on God's word and worship through movement.
