Yogi of the Month - November

There is never a dull moment with Deb. She brings humor and fun to our classes and keeps me honest on the number of repetition counts! :) We’ve loved having you and watching you grow stronger physically and mentally! How long have you been doing yoga (what's your yoga journey)?

I tried my first fitness class in February and have been a member at Be Still Yoga.

What is your favorite class & why? 

Fusion Fitness class is my favorite because the other women in that group are so strong and keep me motivated to push myself more each exercise.

What keeps you coming back to yoga? 

I keep coming back because even though it’s hard Beth makes sure we have a good time. Also knowing there’s people expecting me to show up motivates me because I’ve gone to gyms in the past but self motivation hasn’t worked.

Share some of your hobbies, your favorite things to do, or something unique about you. 

My hobbies are keeping active by walking with friends, playing Granny Basketball, attending athletic events at the high school, and being a grandma to the best three grandsons.
