How long have you been doing yoga (what's your yoga journey)?

Yoga all started with me when I went to get my tea for the day. As I was leaving, I grabbed a Be Still yoga card and signed up for a free class that day. After my free class, I immediately

joined the 30-day trial membership and kept going becoming a monthly member. I enjoy it a lot because it's nice to have someone there to teach you and make sure you are doing it the right way so that way you don't hurt yourself.

What is your favorite class & why?

I have two favorite classes - Gentle Strength and Fusion Fitness. I enjoy the gentle strength class a lot besides doing PUSH UPS. I enjoy fusion for the fast-paced style as I love anything c

ardio. I feel like both classes have really helped me with building strength, muscle, and balancing skills. When I leave one of these classes I feel like I have accomplished something, and it makes me want to keep coming back to yoga to help me get better at something I am struggling at. Beth makes the classes fun, pushes you, and gives you the confidence that you can do anything as long as you put your mind to it.

What would you tell someone who is considering trying yoga?

If you are looking for a yoga or fitness class, I would recommend Be Still yoga. It has a warm and comforting atmosphere with all the equipment provided for you. Beth is an amazing, caring instructor. She teaches each class with kindness and gives her whole heart out and pushes you to keep going and not give up. She treats everyone with respect and doesn't judge you if you cannot do something perfectly. For example, if you have an injury or have surgery, she will give different options on how you can do it differently that will work better for you. Be Still Yoga is a great place to try if you are looking to do something in your free time. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed!
