How long have you been doing yoga (what's your yoga journey)?
I started in March, and I have stuck with gentle and flow classes. I hope to eventually get to fusion.
What is your favorite class & why?
I love gentle strength. It is challenging and is what I really need to build muscle in my body.
What is your favorite yoga pose?
What keeps you coming back to yoga?
Beth is so encouraging, and I have found yoga works for me and my sensitive knees. The strength that I have gained over the few months of yoga has been astonishing and encourages me to continue.
What would you tell someone who is considering trying yoga?
Please give yoga a try!! I was very skeptical about picking up the practice at first. Beth is so helpful and encouraging and she makes you feel good in your practice. Beth always gives alternatives to poses, whether you need to challenge yourself or if your body is just not ready for the pose that day.
Share some of your hobbies, your favorite things to do, or something unique about you.
I love reading, gardening and crocheting. I prefer to grab my book or yarn and sit on the deck to enjoy the view of our family farm.
