Tell us a little about your yoga journey, favorite class, and favorite pose.

I have been doing yoga for two months. Needless to say, I was very nervous to wear my yogi wear in front of others, not knowing any of the poses, or if I would even be able to do them! I was invited to the Christ Centered Yin & Meditation yoga on Sunday night with my daughter in-law, and it's one of my favorite classes as it helps me relax and just let go of everything. My favorite pose is downward dog.

What keeps you coming back to yoga?

I love hearing Beth read scriptures and quotes, this helps me ground myself, her voice is so relaxing and comforting.

What would you tell someone who is considering trying yoga?

I've always wanted to try Yoga so when this came to town, I was excited. The reason for wanting to do this - Maintain joint movement, improve balance and strength and most of all learning to love and believe in myself. So, if this is something that you have been thinking about, think no more and come and join us, you will love it!

What are some of your hobbies?

In my spare time I love helping and doing whatever for others, and for myself digging in the dirt and sitting on my porch swing with a refreshment and enjoying God's beauty.
