About the event
Ever feel like trying to eat more healthy foods is complicated or overwhelming? Join us as Megan Berner and Beth Kreibich share the basics of nutrition and how you can change your perspective on mindful eating and healthy living. Megan will help you understand how to focus on whole foods instead of calories or macros and improving our relationship with food in a mindfulness practice. Beth will share her story and journey on shifting her eating habits to feel better, reduce inflammation, and improve overall health to help empower and guide you to do the same.
Megan Berner is a Trainer and Registered Dietician Nutritionist at Fitness Lying Down. Beth Kreibich is an advocate for her own health by becoming an expert in her body.
