About the event
Through movement, breath and relaxation our young yoga students develop self-confidence, self-control and self-awareness. Starting them young on the mat reaps long-term benefits and gives them the foundation for a strong mind and body.
This class introduces the basic postures and concepts of yoga and breath work in an engaging way that encourages self-expression and builds social skills. Using music, stories, books, games, and props, the children are given a safe and positive environment to begin their yoga practice and have fun! Children will learn how to develop strength, flexibility, and coordination. They will learn positive breathing and relaxation techniques to deal with day to day stresses.
Cost is included for both sessions.
