About the event
Through movement, breath and relaxation our young yoga students develop self-confidence, self-control and self-awareness. Introducing yoga gives them tools they need to improve concentration, reduce stress, and explore their bodies and feelings in a fun and positive way.
In this class, students will have a chance to learn about yoga and themselves in a safe, non-competitive, and nurturing environment. These classes are energetically inspiring and include flowing sequences, balancing postures, yoga games and activities, plus breath work and relaxation. This class will help students to improve strength, flexibility, coordination and self-confidence. Students will learn how to take their yoga practice off the mat to help find ease in the face of today’s challenges.
Cost is included for both sessions. Yoga mats are provided.
When registering, please create or use the adult account (do not create separate account for child). We will request you sign a waiver at the class for each child attending.
