Gentle Yoga - Sparta Soda Works

Join us for a delightful morning of Gentle Yoga at Sparta Soda Works on Saturday, March 16th, at 11 AM and stay for a specialty craft soda or cocktail with friends. This gentle yoga class will provide relaxing postures to start your weekend on a positive note. It is a perfect class for beginners and those looking to find regular yoga practice. We will focus on improving flexibility, releasing tension, and connecting with your body, mind, and spirit.

Please bring a yoga mat to practice on. A cushion or blanket for your knees may be desired. Any additional yoga props you prefer to practice with can be brought as well. Limited supplies will be available for use.

Event cancellations require a 48-hour email notice prior to the event to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests with less than 48 hours' notice will not be honored and absence at an event is non-refundable.
